Ever wondered why you can't just click on a folder in the explorer window in XP and say open folder to command prompt. Now you can.
I was getting tired of navigating to paths inside a DOS window... when I could get there quickly with this.

Just do the Method #1. Just hit the website, drag the .inf file to your desktop, right click and pick install.
Then highlight a folder and pick "command prompt here"
